Start thinking about the futuristic vehicles

We are 21 years into the 21st century and it is about time we start thinking about the futuristic vehicles. That means that we have to stop thinking about new designs and specifications but look forward to a solution that will change the face of this industry. Autonomous cars or cars with self-driving abilities is the ultimate goal that many manufacturers in the world are aiming to reach. The struggle on these projects has already begun and the UK is not behind in this from anyone else.

Different UK firms and manufacturers have joined forces with the government keeping the same goal in mind which is autonomy. Zenzic, funded by the government, is a foundation that came into being for the sole purpose of making driverless vehicles. A lot of work has been done in this field and a lot is pending which can take a decade at the least.

Zenzic’s Roadmap to 2030 is a whole set of strategies and challenges that are or can be faced by this body to come up with the final products. Daniel Ruiz who is the CEO of Zenzic has emphasized over the importance of different UK firms joining hands to make the struggle of autonomy bear fruitful results. The only way to succeed in this project is to work together with a sole motive in mind. Different firms need to think about the future and forget about the competition with each other. The UK has the whole world to compete with and to win that game, they have got to come together.

CAM creators or Connected and Autonomous Mobility creators are a group of firms who have already collaborated with each other to put the ideology into action. Imogen Pierce, the head of strategy of one of the CAM creators, Arrival, has the same purpose in mind. With the help of different firms, this movement has been able to come up with new ideas and some of them even have been transformed into reality. Different CAM creators have been seen testing their prototypes in different parts of the UK.

Testing grounds of 176 miles have already been approved from the government and new strategies to improve the road-signage system to better work with autonomous cars are already in place.
