The new Range Rover is set to be launched very soon, and we have got some spy shots that give a view of the vehicle. The company is about to finish the production of its fifth-generation flagship, and even though there is not much information available, the recent shots show us what the vehicle could be like.
Over the last 12 months, we have seen various prototypes of the SUV going through disguise testing in varying levels in the UK and Europe. There were shots taken before as well, but they weren’t of much help. This time, however, someone has managed to take close-up photos, like never before, providing a good idea of the vehicle’s interior. You can guess the exterior even if it’s in disguise, but it’s the exterior that remains hidden until the vehicle is revealed, or someone takes shots, like in this instance.
Still, the shots are not clear enough for us to determine how is the overall cabin design, but you can take a good idea from the two images taken from different angles. There is a central touchscreen, which is larger than before and appears to be production-spec. We couldn’t see any separate displays for climate functions as you see in some other cars.
The vehicle’s exterior design was hidden due to Heavy camouflage. We can’t see the key elements, but the overall shape is easy to determine. The flagship will replace the current Range Rover that was revealed in 2012. Design could be evolutionary, where new designs for headlights, indicators, and daytime running lights are possible. You can think about it more.
One image shows the rear-wheel steering system, which will be making its debut. However, the company has not announced which variants will get the system. The upcoming SUV is based on the latest-generation MLA platform, which has its benefits.
